why i create

why i create

I make art for me.

Not because I have to.

Because it's who I am.

When I'm not creating, improving, or designing something, I feel flat. Uninspired. Creating is how I make sense of the world. It's how I stay curious, energized, and connected to myself.

I don't create to follow trends or make what I think people want to buy. I create from my own vision—from what's authentic to my experiences and the way I see the world.

Ironically, the more honest I am in my work, the more it seems to resonate with other people.

That's why I build.

That's why BoxologyART exists.

Sometimes the words we need most are the simplest ones.

The Statement Collection is a series of dimensional mixed-media works built around short phrases that challenge, encourage, question, and give permission.

YOU CAN. LET GO. WHY NOT. WHAT IF. ALL IN.

Each piece takes language we encounter every day and gives it weight, dimension, and presence—turning a few simple words into something we can sit with, wrestle with, or choose to believe.

Because sometimes a statement doesn't need to tell us what to think.

It just needs to make us think.

More than an art workshop.

An immersive experience where art becomes the starting point for reflection, conversation, and connection.

People don't leave with just a project.

They leave with a different perspective.
